Surrounded by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Old Fenimore Mill is truly "Paradise Found." Large one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums afford unsurpassed views of Cedar Key's Nature Coast beauty.

The condos are tastefully appointed with local artist's unique creations. Luxuriously furnished, all have spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf and estuary, full kitchens, large baths and laundries.

While Cedar Key relieves you from the cares of the world, it is only 50 miles from Gainesville and I-75. Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando are less than three hours away.

State Road 24 rolls into town, crossing over salt marshes and channels. Slow down as you approach the first of four small, low bridges, put down those windows and savor the brine of the fresh air. It's three miles back to the mainland. Cedar Key is part of more than 100 islands, 13 of which are designated federally protected sanctuary, the Cedar Keys National Wildlife Refuge. This is Florida coastal charm at its best.

Each year, the Spring Sidewalk Art Festival and the Fall Seafood Festival attract thousands of visitors to the area, yet Cedar Key retains the charm of Old Florida. The Fourth of July brings a large number of coastal residents to the community for the best small town fireworks show you will ever see. Cedar Key's volunteer firemen stage it with great flair. Starting in 2004, the Cedar Key Aquaculture Association will start the festivities at 11 a.m. with the first ever CLAM FESTIVAL. Activities include live music from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., clam shucking contest, clam cookoff and PLENTY of good seafood.
