We would like to share the beauty and serenity of Cedar Key with you. Old Fenimore Mill units are available for rent daily, weekly and monthly.
Rental rates for two bedroom units are May-January, $130 per night, Sunday through Thursday, $150 per night Friday or Saturday and $160 per night February, March and April. Weekly rates are $800 May-January, $900 February, March and April. Monthly rates are $2,400 and $3,000.
One bedroom unit rates are May through January $115 per night, 2 nights min., during the week, and $125 per night on weekends, and during the week with no minimum stay. February, March and April, the nightly rate is $135. Weekly rates are $700 May through January, $800 February, March and April. Monthly rates are $2,200 and $2,700. All rates subject to 9% tax.
For larger parties, we have a 3 bedroom 4 bath unit available at $275 per night.
