Our heated 20x40 pool, fishing dock and 10x10 hot tub are for the exclusive use of guests. Daily tie up at the dock is permitted, please be alert to fishermen. Overnight docking is not recommended; Cedar Key's tides are approximately 4 feet and can leave a boat "high and dry".
The City boat ramp is two blocks from your unit, launch at either the outside (for larger boats) or inside ramp. Launch fee is $10 per day, or contact City Hall, 352-543-5132 for an annual pass.
Grills are provided on the grounds; we request all grilling be done on those provided.
Ample boat parking is provided for guests. While Cedar Key is a small town with little to no problems, we recommend you secure your personal items in your unit. We can not be responsible for items not properly secured.
Each unit's balcony is equipped with deck chairs and tables, enjoy the lush vegetation and views while you unwind from a hard day at play.
